The Ito family has a long history, dating back to the Edo period.vinegar. I heard that the first generation of the Ito family was from Ise.

Great-grandfather of the 11th generation of the Ito family (Yoshikazu Ito)Because he lost the rice fields he owned in Ise, he went to work at a tabi shop in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Apparently he also took measurements for members of the imperial family. After that, it opened near the Kayamachi intersection in Toyohashi. However, due to the trend of Westernization, tabi became less popular, so people started making clothes. Unlike Japanese clothes, clothes need to be made three-dimensionally. Tabi are the only type of Japanese clothing that is made three-dimensionally, so this technique was used to make them into Western clothing.
12th grandfather (Masayoshi Ito)ran a clothing store at the Kayamachi intersection, mainly making pants. Since trousers are a subcontractor for suit shops, he wanted to handle everything from manufacturing to sales, so he thought about opening an Ito dress shirt store around the time before the war, and opened it right after the war.

13th generation (Takuya Ito)After graduating from university and working as a company employee,After training in the same industry, he entered the family business and later changed the name to "Shirt House Ito."

14th generation (Masaki Ito)graduate from university and work in chemical analysis, research and development, and data analysis at research institutes and manufacturers.After working in other jobs, I joined the family business and am currently training.
