Sea island cotton

Sea Island cotton is known as phantom cotton, and its fibers are extremely long, making it a high-quality fabric, but it only grows in the Caribbean. Therefore, it is a rare cotton whose annual production is less than 1/100,000 of the world's total cotton. It has long been kept out of the British aristocracy, but it was supplied to Japan in 1975. There is an anecdote that around the 16th century, yarn from sea island cotton was sold for 400 times more than American cotton. It is also said that all the extra-long cotton that exists today is descended from Sea Island cotton.

GIZA45

GIZA cotton is a type of Egyptian cotton, and "GIZA'' is a rare variety in which each fiber is extremely long, and is said to be super-long staple. GIZA cotton is also known as "white gold" and is treated as a valuable luxury item. Because the fibers are long, the threads can be twisted thinly, giving it a light and supple texture, as well as being light and durable. As a result, it is characterized by its luster and smooth texture. Furthermore, Egyptian cotton contains a moderate amount of vegetable oil, which gives it a glossy and thick texture. Among them, GIZA45 is the highest quality cotton and is considered extremely rare, accounting for 0.001% of the world's cotton production.
*"GIZA" in GIZA Cotton is the name of a place in Egypt and the name of Egyptian cotton seeds.
