Our art

We manufacture custom-made shirts using our unique tailoring theory that we have developed since our founding in 1945. Unlike general pattern orders, we create each pattern individually, so we believe that we can meet all your requests.

Pattern paper

Don't you think that all custom-made shirt shops use the same tailoring method? In fact, each store has a different way of making it. Our store has established a unique tailoring method that has been accumulated since 1945. For example, a diagram is part of a pattern. The lines and numbers in some places are data necessary for production. It will be cut based on this pattern. Our store is fully custom-made, so we make this pattern for each person individually. Therefore, we can easily make any size.

Ground repair

At our store, we perform a process called straightening the fabric before it is cut. This is the work of correcting distortions in the fabric and making the warp and weft threads at right angles. If you make the garment without rectifying the fabric, the pattern may become defective and may no longer have beautiful symmetry. Additionally, the structure of the shirt may collapse in places, causing the shirt to hang unnaturally, which may affect the comfort of the shirt. Especially if you use it for a long time, it is easy to lose its shape. At our store, we take our time to carefully and carefully carry out this work. This method differs depending on the type of fabric, and is one of our know-hows.

Cutting

For cutting, cut the fabric based on the pattern. We also use our own unique cutting method to cut with a knife or scissors. This is our store's know-how accumulated over many years. Our shirts are cut to the millimeter order with extremely high precision for shirts. This is a cutting method developed based on long-standing requests from customers that provides the precision required for business shirts. For example, the fabrics we handle are relatively high-count, high-quality products, and the threads of these fabrics are thin and dense, so even the slightest misalignment can be fatal when sewing.

Sewing

Do you think that sewing is simply sewing together cut pieces of cloth using a sewing machine? The shape of our shirts is designed three-dimensionally from the drafting stage in order to pursue comfort. We have all kinds of unique know-how to create that three-dimensional shape. One of the techniques to maintain its shape is shirring. Shirring is a method of creating three-dimensional shapes by stretching cloth with directional elements that are not described in general drafting. The tension varies depending on the characteristics of the fabric and requires skill. Here's the secret why our shirts are said to be less tiring when worn. This is our unique sewing method that was developed based on feedback from our long-time customers. In fact, shirts of the same size and pattern can be made differently depending on the store.
